I want to activate an email account which is already closed in about
June. Is it possible and how?

Why was the account deactivated?  What message did you get?

I did not get any message. I am unable to log-in this unexisted
account.
I closed it because I did not want to use the word "submit" as part of
my name.
Unfortunately I forgot to backup all email messages which were
consolidated to this one single account.
All messages and contacts are gone now.
