deleted filters still filtering

Hi --
I had a few filters that tagged incoming messages. I have deleted all
filters, but the tags are still being assigned. I keep deleting the
tags, but they keep getting recreated when new messages arrive that
match the "old-and-deleted" filter criteria. Any ideas?

Message persistently marked as unread

One particular message in my Inbox gets repeatedly marked as "Unread",
despite my having read it umpteen times.
It becomes "Read" when I read it, and remains so for a while (a matter
of minutes), but returns to "Unread" while I'm not looking...

Sent messages keep showing up in my Inbox

This morning I signed on and I had over 1000 new messages in my Inbox.
Now, I like to think I am pretty popular, but not that popular! It
turns out that suddenly tons of "sent" messges were showing up in my
Inbox as new messages. And now whenever I do anything that refreshes
it, more sent messages appear as unread in my Inbox. I keep deleting,... more »

Mail displays on my I Phone

Since installing the most recent software up-grade to my iphone, it no
longer displays sent mail, drafts, labels etc.. Is this a gmail or
iphone issue? Additionally, in my iPhone settings, I have the always
Bcc myself option on but I do not recieve the Bcc when sending mail?

Hi!
Does anyone know if there's a way to stop any and all email coming
into an account? What about disabling an account until you reactive
it? My hope is that if I can stop everything for a while (short of
deleting the account, that is) on an account I use from time to time I
might be able to put a slight stop to all of the spam that account... more »

Forward to a group using a filter

Hi,
Is there anyway to forward an incoming e-mail to a group (either a
contact group or a typed list of addresses) of people via a filter.
Several posts indicate the answer is no but I haven't seen anything
solid. The field validation doesn't allow multiple "@" so I'm assuming
the answer is no, but it doesn't seem logical for this to not be an... more »

I have set up an gmail account for my uncle a couple months ago and he
is having trouble deleteing email. He can click on the email but once
he clicks delete it does not go anywhere...Also he can create a lable
and archive emails to the label..They show up under the lable but are

Is there a way to delete downloaded mail (trash) immediately
(WHY NOT?)
I don't want to log in to delete my trash, I want it deleted when I
download it w/ my pop client.
