When you use the send-as feature of gmail, this does not completely
hid the gmail account information. Information on your gmail account
is displayed in the Sender header and gmail also adds a domainkeys
signature to the mail. Most clients simply ignore all that
information, although some clients will display information on either
the Sender or signature in some way in their interface. There is
nothing you can do to change these headers from the gmail side.
