sailpotogold.blogspot.com has been locked out since June 25.
I requested the so called inspection June 26.
Four days later I requested an appeal.
I get limited net access, and when I checked yesterday (July 4)  It
was again locked for spam.  I requested another so called inspection.
What is going on?
I have made arrangements to transfer my blog elsewhere, I cannot have
this blog arbitrarily locked out.
I need (want) this blog unlocked so I can redirect traffic.

Surely there is someone with the ability to do this.
