A Blog is 'forever' - unless it is transferred, as you want to do. It
is linked to the creating account.
If your friend cannot log in normally, he/she may have to go through
the
"Lost Password" ritual - see: FAQ above.
Blogger may be able to help, if he satisfies identification
requirements they may have.
