"We pay" doesn't help me to help you. Do you want to solve your
problem?

I'm not there with you, and I can't read your computer from here.
That part you have to do. Do you perhaps have a techie friend, who
can read my questions and recommendations, and understand what needs
to be done?

Do some reading, even though you don't think that you understand.
