Actually no its not an insult.

Blogger.com has said that a lot of these bx error codes are temporary
so you may want to give it a few days just to see if the problem
solves itself.

I'm kind of just "getting it" that maybe you just need to maybe re-
boot your computer (which kind of / sort of) "cleans / airs" it out so
that the next time you go online you're kinda starting "a-fresh" - if
that makes any sense?
