I would have liked to have used throughthefog.blogspot.com but it was
registered in October four years ago. It has only one post, comprising
seven words including the title. Will Google insist on keeping it in
case the owner comes back? What about five years from now? When does
it become reasonable to suspect the owner is never coming back? They
didn't even use it long enough to offer any clues for a potential
attempt to communicate.

I just tried to regester a blog and it was parked by another blog
page, so I tried a different thing and got a similar result.
the site was loaded with THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of domains

try adding a number or set of numbers to it....don't know how long
they keep the blogs....
