My appeal is addressed to Blogger employees. Please note the following
3 Bulgarian rules:
1/ When Blogger is set to the Bulgarian locale, the names of the
months should not be capitalised. Instead of "Юни" (June), it should
be displayed as "юни" (with no capital letters). The only exception is
when the name of the month is the first word in a sentence.
2/ The same rule applies to the names of the days of a week. Instead
of "Петък" (Friday), it should be displayed as "петък" (no caps).
3/ Please note that the words denominating languages and nationalities
such as English, Bulgarian, German, etc. are also displayed with no
capitals ("английски", "български", "немски").
I believe these rules apply to Russian and Macedonian as well. It is a
very well known error among educated people and should not be left as
it is. Microsoft locales for Bulgarian are also wrong as to these
capitalisation rules (which are quite different from English).
