The standard HTML code to create a hyperlink for your blog or website visitors to email you is 

<a href="mailto:email@abc.com">

If you use this, email harvester will harvest your email address for spam and to add to mailing lists for sale to spammers. It is better to us contact form. The best I found so far is Kontactr contact form. Signup for an account, verify your email address, sign in and you will be given 2 codes, one HTML script and one AJAX script.
