  Despite searching around on the web I&#39;m yet to find a decent alternate &lt;br&gt; method for cooking corned beef! Basically it&#39;s just treated Silverside &lt;br&gt; but boiled it is just mouthwatering! &lt;br&gt; My usual method is as follows. &lt;br&gt; Take a piece of corned silverside. corned mutton &lt;br&gt; etc. Place in saucepan cover with water.
