  Serves 1 &lt;br&gt; You will need: &lt;br&gt; * 4 oxo cubes &lt;br&gt; * 20g lard &lt;br&gt; * 30ml lemon juice &lt;br&gt; * 110ml apple sauce &lt;br&gt; * 90ml red wine &lt;br&gt; Instructions: &lt;br&gt; 1. pre-heat the oven to 190 C &lt;br&gt; 2. sauté the lemon juice &lt;br&gt; 3. throw the red wine away &lt;br&gt; 4. sauté the oxo cubes &lt;br&gt; 5. sprinkle the oxo cubes over the top &lt;br&gt; 6. put the apple sauce in the saucepan

I use the nuke only for green beans and &lt;br&gt; for &lt;br&gt; giving some frozen foods (raspberries, bread) a gentle head start on &lt;br&gt; defrosting. &lt;br&gt; Like, 15 seconds worth. &lt;br&gt; And I don&#39;t use paper plates.
