I've been following the WSOP from the start, and I haven't seen his name yet. Is he even going to play the main event? Do you guys still see him in the local So Cal tourneys?

Jerry is currently holding foot washing services for all of his "best friends for life" that he met at last year's final table. There is an unconfirmed rumor that Jerry will hold a prayer service at this years WSOP main event for all those who make the money. In the interim, he continues his contest with Men Nugyen to see who can assemble the largest posse of boat people. In addition, Jerry remains in discussion with Purina about a deal to endorse their cat chow. Although it appears PETA is conducting an investigation regarding reports of missing cats in Jerry's neighborhood.

I thought I saw his name in a couple tournaments but no "sugar".
Recent NLHE champs and number of 2008 cashes, so far.

I think he threw ot the first pitch Thursday. I asume he is playing one of the later flights.

Last year I thought that he would be good for poker. It turns out that he has done nothing for the game. At least Jamie Gold provided gossip and entertainment.

WSOP main event winner Jerry is currently in Iso Luki, Viet Nam. He was spotted carrying a copy of the Holy Bible in one hand and Super System in the other. He was heard chanting, "Final table me Lord, villagers need new shoes."
Sources say that he was there to promote his new book "How To Win Lotteries, Don't Miss The Boat".
