Subject: Speaker Recognition
i am working on a project which can recognise a user through speaker
identification.
just want to know more about working on the same using neural
networks.
Any other methods  .......

Search Google for "Voice Biometrics".

You might also wanna search Google Patents for anything on Voice
Biometrics.

I think you will get more Google hits with "voice
recognition" then with "speaker recognition".
