Battery charging with intermittant power source

Hi I am wondering about the best way to charge lead acid batteries from
a source that cannot be relied on for constant power such as wind, or

Hello All,
While working on certain test system, I needed to measure current
value up to 4A.
As I looked for the DMM with GPIB cable that supports the measurement
up to 4A, I could not find any.
Agilent suggests me to use 34330A 30 A Current Shunt which is so
expensive after adding the calibration cost. (around 600 Sing$).

6ohm speakers and DVD player

I have a pair of 6ohm speakers (from an old stereo) which I would like
to incoprorate into a home audio system. My DVD player has a set of
5.1 output ports and I would like to connect the speakers to "front
left" and "front right". The manual for the DVD player says that the
