PTI to Celebrate 12 Rabi-ul-Awal at Party Level

Islamabad: Prominent Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)’s members on Wednesday announced that 12 Rabi-ul-Awal will be celebrated with great religious zeal and dedication across the country.

While addressing a press conference, they announced that wherever, they have their governments in the country, they will celebrate it and will invite people from all walks of life to participate in Milad functions, Seerat conferences, Naat competitions, seminars, workshops and rallies at central, provincial, district, tehsil and union council levels.

Former minister for religious affairs, Noor-ul Haq Qadri has said that Imran Khan has set up the Rehmat-ul-Alameen Authority to guide the youth in character-building. He said the main event of 12 rabi ul awal will be held in Islamabad, where along with religious scholars, Imran Khan will also address. Senator Faisal Javed said that this time overseas Pakistanis will also celebrate this day. “We have directed the PTI’s members that wherever you reside, mark this Holy day with full passion and respect,” he noted.

Talking about the current coalition government in Islamabad, he said that this government has tried to stop their telethon and now refused to give them a suitable place to hold the main event of 12 Rabi-ul-Awal. He continued saying that they have consulted the court and hoped to get the decision soon.
