Pakistani actress Reema Khan has received her first dose of COVID-19 vaccine. The Lollywood star got the coronavirus treatment in the US.

The vaccine came as a relief for the whole world ever since the COVID-19 virus created a pandemic. People from the sub-continent are still patiently waiting to receive their dose of this crucial vaccine. But there is good news as actress Reema Khan became one of the first Pakistanis to receive the vaccine.
The popular Lollywood star took to Instagram to share a video of herself receiving the first shot. When asked by the nurse how is she feeling, Reema in response said: “I’m fine.”
“Finally got the first COVID-19 vaccine dose,” she captioned the post.

Earlier, the film star also shared a video in which she said that she is going to get her first dose of COVID-19 vaccine and prayed that the vaccine is available in Pakistan soon.
Important Message For Fans
Reema has urged her fans and followers to get vaccinated as soon as possible. The actress stated that this is not just for our safety, but for our loved ones as well.
Pakistani actor Imran Abbas praised Reema for getting the vaccine COVID-19, calling her a “pioneer”.
Reema currently lives in Washington DC with her husband Dr Tariq Shahab. The couple have a son together, Ali Shahab. Reema and her son were unable to fly from Pakistan due to the lockdown. As soon as the flight operations resumed, the mother and son went back to the States.
The first COVID-19 vaccine was administered in the US in December. Since then, more than 12.3 million doses have been given, out of 31.2 million doses that are distributed. This total includes 1.6 million people who have received both the doses for COVID-19.
