Santa Banta Pvt Ltd trailer: Boman Irani ' Vir Das' slapstick seems to be a laugh riot

Akashdeep Sabir is all set to tickle your funny bone with his latest offering, 'Santa Banta,' which stars Boman Irani and Vir Das in title roles. The makers recently released the trailer of the film and we have to admit, it has upped our expectations from the film. As is obvious from the film's title, the story revolves around two friends, Santeshwar Singh Solhar (Boman) aka Santa and Banteshwar Singh Bolhar (Vir) aka Banta, who find themselves in the middle of an investigation for which the two are sent away to Fiji.
It's raining films for Vir Das
Despite the limited time-span of the trailer, it wasn't difficult to establish that the film is likely to be a laugh riot, thanks to Boman, Vir and Johnny Lever's impeccable comic timings. After the failed porn-coms we witnessed earlier in the year, the clean slapstick comes as a much-needed change.
The film also stars brilliant actors like Ram Kapoor, Vijay Raaz, Neha Dhupia and Lisa Haydon. Though the trailer barely gives a glimpse of them and fails to establish their characters.

All in all, the trailer seems intriguing enough for us to want to catch the film.
