- The cost of living in Rabat is reasonable in comparison with the cost of living in Europe or North America. The budget allocated to housing depends on the student's preference and the availability.
- There is housing available to students in the university residences which cost between 1600 MAD per month for a single room with a kitchenette and 2,200 MAD for a double room (ie 1,100 MAD per person).
- A deposit of approximately 2,000 MAD is requested by the university residence.
- Students wishing to live off campus can find homes with rent that varies between 1,500 MAD for a room in a shared house and 5,000 MAD for a furnished apartment in the center of the city.
