Pakistani film, television actress and host Maria Wasti has indulged in fearless declarations about some of the most influential political figures of Pakistan and the renowned actress has a few very intriguing advices for our leaders.

Currently, a certain subject regarding PM Imran Khan has been gaining massive popularity with the masses labelling Imran Khan an ‘assault apologist’.

With the Prime Minister’s appalling views regarding the sexual assaults in Pakistan, various popular personalities took it upon themselves to make their opinions regarding the tussle at hand get significant recognition as they used their platforms to raise voices that certainly don’t comply with the PM’s thinking pattern.

Miss Wasti had her own set of opinions regarding the matter which she did not shy away from sharing:

"I would like to say to Prime Minister Imran Khan Ghabrana nai hai [not to be scared].”

She further added, "The PM should weigh his words before speaking on international forums.”

Maria Wasti further revealed her pressing concern for former PM Nawaz Sharif and adamantly wished for the political figure to get well soon.

However, Wasti had something interesting to say for PPP Chairperson Bilawal Bhutto Zardari as well, “Only time will reveal what benefit Bilawal will get out of Zardari's counsel".

While the actress was on a roll and kept saying one courageous statement after another she also feels that the Pakistani showbiz industry has to strive and improve A LOT so that we can be recognized internationally.

Maria said, "We will have to put in immense hard work to raise the industry to international standards.”
