Mahira Khan

Mahira Khan was born on December 21, 1984, in Karachi. She left for America at the age of 17, where she went to the University of Southern California, but didn’t complete her degree.

Mahira tied the knot with Ali Askari on 13 July 2007. She met the fellow actor at the Indus TV studios and both of them fell in love. They have two children, a daughter, and a son named Azlaan.

Her role as Khirad Ehsan in the famous TV series, Humsafar, which was also broadcasted in India, earned her a lot of praise and she quickly became a fan favourite.

Mahira’s first role as an actor was in the film Bol, which was directed by Shoaib Mansoor.

Humaima Malik
