Bollywood actress Rani Mukerji was among the B-Town A-listers, who attended the pre-wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika merchant in Jamnagar, Gujarat. The actress was seen making a rare appearance with her daughter Adira at the festivities, turning a lot of heads on social media. Married to Aditya Chopra, a prominent film producer and the head of Yash Raj Films, the couple welcomed their daughter Adira in December 2015. Fast forward to now, the little girl is all grown-up now with her parents successfully managing to keep her away from all the media limelight.
However, finally, the media caught a glimpse of Adira, who attended the celebrations with her mother Rani Mukerji. In a video going viral on social media, Rani can be seen introducing her daughter to Rajinikanth and his wife Latha.
While Rani looks amazing in a traditional sari that she completed with a bun adorned with flowers, her little daughter also looked adorable, wearing traditional attire in red. As the video plays, Rani introduces her daughter to the South superstar. Rajinikanth can be seen bowing down to shake hands with the little girl, while his family stood there and smiled.

As a video went online social media users have been dropping reactions to it. Fans seemed amazed to catch a glimpse of Adira, while some also compared her to her mother.
‘We don’t want her to get special attention’
Notably, the actress-producer couple had been very particular about their daughter’s public appearances. Rani also refrained from bringing her daughter to public events. During her recent appearance on Koffee With Karan, Rani spoke about their decision regarding Adira and said that they did not want her to receive any special attention or be treated as a special kid.
“It was our decision together that we didn’t want Adira to be photographed because we have a different idea of how we want to raise Adira, so that she doesn’t feel privileged or she doesn’t feel very special at school, and she feels like any other kid. And she doesn’t get any extra attention. That was something Adi and I wanted for her. That would only happen if she would not be photographed,” the actress said.
