Incredible ! ! !
Thanks for Netgalley and respective publisher for sharing this book to me.
The meaning of Life is composed of those basics pillars i.e. Growth, Experience, Desire, Belief, Emotions, Support & choice of life which one has been pursuing in life but doesn't know its importance or how to give best.

This books is so much influential would rather say Guide Book to be best to achieve meaning of life.

Highly recommended book and one should read once, I'm sure this would let you think about you and give you pathway how you would improve yourself. Meanwhile, It consists of Ques and Exercise after every chapter would enhance your workability.
I've got incredible vibes throughout my reading. I'm man of non-fiction books though it's peculiar to understand life. I've noted many things from every chapter.

Find a Growth Purpose to Make Life Meaningful

What a fascinating book! It is so clear that the author has given much time, effort, and research on this topic and brings us his findings. He perceives the meaning of life to be growth. Working with that precept, he then reverse engineers what is needed to support or inform that. He's come up with seven other concepts that provide those functions. There are long and detailed chapters about the foundational idea as well as these further concepts. The author is excellent at organizing information, as the entire book is laid out in a way that makes sense, and the chapters have a similar structure and logical flow. He includes science and philosophy where appropriate but has a way of getting you to think about each chapter’s topic that is intensely personal. Each chapter ends with questions and exercises to help you more fully explore the ideas of the chapter and what they mean to you personally. The author appears to be very big on that. No one single answer exists for everyone about the meaning of life, and you might find your concept of it shifts as you grow. The author honors that. If you would like to explore how growth can give you purpose in life, you may very well enjoy this book.

I received a free copy of this book, but that did not affect my review.

"Automating too much of the present while thinking about the past or future can reduce the meaning and importance of the moment."

A five-star review because this is a book by my friend, Nate! My nonbiased opinion is a 3.5.

If you want stories, poetry, and inspiration, there are other books in the “Meaning of Life” section of the bookstore that you can easily find.

This book is excellent if you are the type of person who likes to read Wikipedia for fun. It’s very analytical, straight forward, and through. It provides a simple and consistent message: life is about meaningful, personal growth. It also has a clear format for thinking through your purpose and planning a life that’s more designed around your interests.
If the growth areas prioritized by society are not important to you, then you do not need to focus on them just to receive others’ approval. 22
For growth and meaning to exist, variety must exist. Many people ask, “why can’t everything be like (insert desired thing here) all of the time? Why is there (insert undesired thing here) in the world?” Alternatively, they might put it in more religious terms: “Why would God allow such bad things to exist?” The answer to that question is that growth requires contrast. 53
No one is so independent that they will never need anything, but they might be too proud or scared to ask for it. 248

This is a profound book which aims to answer the question about meaning of life. Instead of giving one answer the author guides the reader through 8 key concepts growth, experience, desire, belief, emotions ethics, support and choice. Each of these concepts are introduced in a chapter which gives context, explanations and plenty of research. After each comes a questionnaire and several tasks to complete. In this way the reader can build his/her individual blueprint for a personal meaning of life.
It is certainly not an easy read but very worthwhile for anyone who wants to delve deeper into the meaning of life and construct a tailor-made plan.

In a word: Excellent. I've read a lot of self-help, and this doesn't contain the fluff that much of it does. The author offers great info no matter where you're coming from in life or geography or attitude. This is no small feat. Highly recommended.

Thank you very much for the review copy!!
