Former actress and Indian entrepreneur, Preity Zinta, has recently added a new stunning apartment to her real estate portfolio. According to an Economic Times report, she has purchased a stunning new apartment in Mumbai's Pali Hill area in Bandra, which is home to many Bollywood personalities like Ranbir Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, Sidharth Malhotra, Alia Bhatt, and others.

According to The Economic Times, Preity Zinta splurged Rs 17.01 crore to acquire an apartment located on the 11th floor of the upcoming tower, Rustomjee Parishram. The apartment has 1,474 square feet of carpet area. The property deal grants her exclusive access to an additional 90 square feet of space.
The registration of Preity Zinta's new property, which she purchased from Keystone Realtors Limited, was completed on October 23, 2023. The former Bollywood actress paid around Rs 1.15 lakh per square foot for her new home and an additional Rs 85.07 lakh as stamp duty for the property which includes two car parking spaces.
Located in the upscale area of Pali Hill, Bandra, Rustomjee Parishram is a 20-storeyed premium residential tower. Each floor of the tower has three apartments and offers many modern amenities like jacuzzi pools, a seating cabana, a separate pool deck, a fire fighting system, a clubhouse, and more. Preity Zinta made her acting debut with filmmaker Mani Ratnam's romantic thriller Dil Se, co-starring Shah Rukh Khan and Manisha Koirala, in 1998. She went on to star in many blockbuster movies like Dil Chahta Hai (2001), Kal Ho Naa Ho (2003), Veer-Zaara (2004), and others. Although she may have distanced herself from acting, Zinta continues to take a keen interest in her co-owned IPL franchise, Kings XI Punjab.
