The Kings XI Punjab registered a much-needed victory against Mumbai Indians last night, in a one-of-a-kind T20 match. It was for the first time in the history of IPL that a match witnessed two super overs. Understandably, the tensions were high, and Kings XI Punjab owner, Preity Zinta, who was in the stands, was feeling it too. But, as everything went well for the Kings, she was soon seen celebrating the win. The 45-year-old has been in and out of the IPL bio bubble, visiting her husband and dog at her Los Angeles home, which is just one of her many properties across India and America. In 2008, Gulf News reported that she had been thinking about building a home on her ancestral property for a long time. “I always wanted a family home in my hometown Shimla. I'm now going to build a house there. The older one is in a locality that's so crowded I don't recognise it anymore. Earlier, it was just our house and lots of trees,” she said. Recently, the actress and entrepreneur was seen spending time in the hills and taking a walk in the woods.

Now pretty much her permanent address with husband Gene Goodenough, the Los Angeles property spreads over an expansive area. Neatly decked in modern, yet minimalist interior, the home features a huge backyard and a pool, complete with sunbeds. The backyard is mostly the space for Zinta’s workouts and playtime with her dog.

Located in Mumbai’s suburban Bandra, Preity Zinta’s Mumbai home was her permanent address before she decided to shift base to LA. According to TOI, her home is a stone’s throw away from Karan Johar’s Mumbai office. It is also in the same building where Parineeti Chopra, more recently, bought her apartment for Rs 22 crore.
