‘Cable TV’ (that’s the way it was called in 1990s in India) – and just like any other Indian the First ever Cable TV I witnessed, Cherished and Thoroughly enjoyed was Of course - ‘Zee TV’.
That time for me , Hair Oil was = Parachute, Washing Soap was = RIN, Toothpaste was = Colgate, Chocolate was = Cadbury, Stationary was = Camline, Air lines was = Air India, Chewing gum was = Boomer – Big Babool, Tv was = ONIDA
And
Entertainment with Family @ Cable TV was = ZEE TV – ZEE TV and ZEE TV
Zee TV is still a Top Class and Super Renowned Indian pay television channel (viewed Across the World) which is owned by Zee Entertainment Enterprises, a media and entertainment company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. A part of the Essel Group.
Zee TV started to broadcast on 2 October 1992 as the first EVER Hindi-language subscription channel in India. If I would say ZEE TV is part of DNA, for each and every Indian; it won’t be an over statement At All.
I grew up watching programs on ZEE TV like - Antakshari, Tara , Zee Horror Show, Hasaratein, Hum Paanch, etc. in the 1990s. ZEE TV has kept Indians glued to the small screen with its slate of shows across genres till date.
I was, I am, and I will be a Loyal Brand Ambassador of ZEE TV as I Grew with the Brand and I have very fond memories with family, while watching ZEE TV Programs.
Indeed, it was a Pleasure to facilitate Training Workshop @ Gallup Strengths for ZEE TV team based at Dubai, UAE. It was a sense of Completion, sense of Contribution to the Brand which has given me several awesome moments and memories in Life. It was also a sense of Association from my end. Thank you Rahul Bharti, Kamesh Chaganti and Entire ZEE TV Team for giving me the opportunity to share Learning Synergies with ZEE TV Family.
