23. Survey result:
Positive behavior:
According to survey we have noticed that the employees are
satisfied with organization and environment of the workplace.
All the employees work as a team & family. They feel reliable
with the task assign to them. There is no security issue in the
organization. They are very responsible about their job.
Negative behavior:
Few of employees have negative behavior towards organization.
According to survey employees are not free to take decision.
Organization has no contribution at employee development and
when they perform well there is no promotion opportunity for
employees. That’s the reason why employees switch the
organization.

27. Group Recommendation:
If organization wants to reduce employee’s negative behavior towards the
organization so they must provide promotion opportunities to those employees
who are well wisher of the organization & for those who made efforts to achieve
organization goal.
If the employees not perform well in start or make some kinds of mistakes so its
organization’s responsibility to help that personand provide some kind of training
& give limited time to that person to over come the problem. Encouraging
employees to fulfill that potential will increase engagement and satisfaction.
Whether it’s training opportunities, mentoring, online courses or external training,
encourage staff to always be improving their skills!
Must provide better compensation program & benefits
Allow them to take part in decisions making process. Motivate the employees. For
employees to be satisfied, they must feel like they are part of something bigger
than just what their individual work tasks are.
Achievement and recognition are high motivators for employees. If they take risks,
reward them. Make them happy so they give positive attitude toward the
Organization. It’s also reduces the Voluntary turnover of employees.
