TikTok user @wadesramsey demonstrated how easy it is.
The button in question is none other than the "sky" logo at the top of your remote.
Press it once to see your all downloads.
So, all of the movies or TV shows that you've set your box to keep hold of.
It's a simple trick but one that many people don't know – even if they've had Sky Q for years.
In comments underneath Wade's video a number of users couldn't believe they've missed it.
"Well I’ll be dammed," one user wrote.
