Manchester United fans have been sent wild after Douglas Costa 'liked' a tweet suggesting he was a transfer target for the club.
The Brazilian winger has been linked with a move to Old Trafford in recent months with fresh reports this week stating United could make a move for him at the end of the season.
It is reported Costa is unhappy at the Serie A champions, with his performances so far this season far short of those he registered last year.
The latest reports from Calciomercato suggest Juventus are open to offers for the 28-year-old, who has only scored one league goal this season.
Twitter account 'SportMusing' tweeted a story on Saturday morning which suggested United are planning a bid for Costa at the end of the season, and it looks like he agrees.
Costa sent supporters wild on Saturday morning when he 'liked' a tweet about the story, despite not having been tagged in it.
It remains to be seen how the Juventus forward came to be notified of the story but it is interesting to see his apparent approval surrounding the transfer rumours.
There is no indication United are actually interested in a move for Costa at the end of the season, and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has already hinted the club could look to steer away from 'superstar' signings this summer.
