About
Adhi Adhi Raat, also known as Oooooh Meme Song, is a 2015 track by Pakistani singer Bilal Saeed that went viral on TikTok and Facebook in 2019 and 2020. The song is often used in conjunction with a funny video, with the punchline being made to line up with Saeed saying, "Ik vaari dasde zaraa," and then crooning the main melodic riff in the song.

On April 2nd, 2015, YouTube[1] channel HI-TECH MUSIC LTD posted a music video for Bilal Saeed's song "Adhi Adhi Raat," gathering over 57 million views in nearly seven years (seen below).
Spread
Sometime in late 2019, the song began to be used as a background score for various meme videos. The earliest known TikTok[2] to use the audio was posted on December 8th, 2019 by crowpubgmobile, gathering over 100,000 plays and 8,000 likes in over three years (seen below, left). On December 30th, 2019, TikTok[3] userheeralalrawat3 posted a video using the sound, gathering over 1 million plays and 50,000 likes in over three years (seen below, right).
