I don't write reviews often but this place has gone above and beyond customer service. My boyfriend and I are pool players vacationing from California and wanted to find a place to practice on our downtime. We looked at a few places and picked Las Vegas Cue Club to meet a couple of our friends as well. They have a full bar with food as well! The hall comes with about six 9 foot tables and twice as many 7 foot. They also have foosball and a snooker table! The tables are clean, well kept, and it looks like the balls are also new. The pool cues are also decent from what we can tell, we brought our own so we didn't get a chance to check them out.
The first day we came we were helped by the bartender of the night Jimmy. Jimmy was extremely personable and we had such a great time we ended up staying almost nine hours. It was one of the times we had the most fun we had our entire trip, and we want to personally thank Jimmy for being a great bartender and friend!
We ended up signing up for the tournament the following week and everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. From being out of town and having our first tournament there we made a lot of new friends that welcomed us with open arms. What made us write this review was the level of camaraderie we felt from the owners from just our second visit here.
Adam and Katie recently took over Cue Club and were there that night. They were extremely welcoming and warm and we felt like we were at our regular pool hall back at home. We never once felt intimidated from not being from Vegas and they have two customers for life.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Hugo R.North Las Vegas, NV02Apr 12, 2024
The old lady at the bar is racist with Latinos, they use to have a guy named Robert that was a really nice guy, this lady has an ass face all the time and always tries to quick you out (if you are Latino).
I use to go every Friday and Saturday for the last 2 years, but now she made everything worst.
If you are a Latino I recommend you Griffs Bar and Billiards, they have a good customer service no matter the race you are.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ali S.Richmond, CA8515241Feb 18, 2024
Came in with a buddy to pass some time, ended up staying several hours. Great staff and environment with more than reasonable prices. Will be visiting again

Stopped by this place for the first time and was not disappointed! I came here for pool, but was blown away by the great food!! Service was good and drinks were very reasonably priced. Great 7" and 9" tables with snooker in the back! Was a very chill environment with plenty of people playing having a good time. I was told this place was recently remodeled and it looks very clean. I will be back!

This is a chill place to come and hangout at. They have pool tables, foosball tables, drinks, food and a jukebox. There's tv there as well so you can watch sports while you rack em up. They charge by the hour but really kills you is the drinks in my opinion. A bucket, two mix drinks and 3 hours came out to over $70 bucks. I think next time we will just go and play pool. Everyone in the place pretty much stuck to themselves. The bartendar was cool. We will be back.

A nice little hole-in-the-wall locals place. Tables well-maintained, good food and two Tornado foosball tables.
If you walk in and "Rikki" is behind the bar, walk out. She is rude, obnoxious, and has ZERO customer appreciation. I was forced to wait over ten minutes for her while she smoked, talked, and used her phone outside, leaving the bar, and the customers, completely unattended.
I could take it personally except there was a consensus among the group that she should be fired.
Several of us regulars are takng our business elsewhere solely because of Rikki.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Trish D.Las Vegas, NV03Nov 5, 2023
This pool hall has made many changes recently and my team and I had a great time practicing here yesterday. They now have all Diamond tables with new cloth and great lighting. They also have a new paint job and decor and have installed TVs throughout. The employees are welcoming, attentive and friendly and the hall is clean and non smoking. We will definitely be back!

Smaller, quiet place. Great place to practice and a friendly team of people. Varies sizes of tables.
